7:40 PM Thomas and Virginia Scanlan, Saquish Beach, Parcel ID Nos. 132-000B-063-000Z (includes lot B-183).  A Request for Determination of Applicability for the post-facto re-construction and enlargement of an existing open deck and for the re-construction and maintenance of telephone pole fencing within the resources of barrier beach and coastal dunes.

7:45 PM T. L. Edwards, Inc., 300 Cherry Street, Parcel ID Nos. 102-000-008A-002A; 102-000-011D-003.  A Request for Determination of Applicability to install approximately 1,350 lf of 8-inch diameter natural gas pipeline as a new service connection from the existing gas main at Nicks Rock Road to the TL Edwards asphalt plant, within the buffer zone to wetland resources.

7:50 PM MA Department of Conservation and Recreation– Lakes and Ponds Program, Myles Standish State Forest, Curlew and Charge Ponds, , Parcel ID No. 071-000-000M-000S.  A Notice of Intent to implement BMP’s (Best Management Practices) for site improvements to Curlew and Charge Ponds in order to address erosion issues through the removal of impervious areas, installation of rain gardens and native plantings.
This project is also subject to review by Natural Heritage Endangered Species Program and MESA.

8:00 PM EJ Pontiff, Inc., Eric Pontiff, Off Black Cat Road, Parcel ID Nos.090-000-017-001, 090-000-017-003, 090-000-020-001, 090-000-021-001.  A Notice of Intent for the expansion of existing cranberry bogs and expansion of a tail-water recovery pond, in the buffer zone of abandoned cranberry bogs.
